1. Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective or damaged).

2. How to Initiate a Return

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

• Refund Method:

  • Payments made via credit/debit card or net banking will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive refunds as store credit or bank transfer.

• Deductions:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may require photo evidence to process your claim.

• You will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
